Shipping FAQ

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Domestic and International shipping are available.
Both are shipped using Canada Post.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Credit, debit and Paypal are all accepted.
The currency is in CAD, all currencies are accepted based on the current exchange rate.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PRINTS?

Prints usually take a maximum of 2 weeks from the time for purchase in order to be prepared for shipment, as I am preparing each print for travel to its new home on my own. Prints are then shipped using Canada Post. According to CanadaPost.ca this can take about 3-5 business days varying by location.

International orders will vary based on your country’s local custom offices. Thank you in advance for being patient with this!

PACKAGING

Prints are packaged using a protective sleeve with a hard backing to make sure there is no creasing and/folding. It is then put into a bubble envelope and sent on its way.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

If your print arrives damaged during it’s trip to you, I will most definitely send you a new one! Please email me a photo of the damage package and it’s contents, along with your explanation and order number to CurlyShirleyArt@hotmail.com
